Digestion is very important to good health . when we are healthy we feel better believe me I know, At on time I was unaware of how good digestion was so closely related to how i felt or what kind of physical shape I was in. I put on weight, developed back pains and didn’t have good bowel movements. I felt as though I was always full. When it came to carrying heavy bags, the pain was unbearable. I could barely walk a distance of two city blocks before getting sharp back pains and discomfort in my legs, my feet and hands were swollen, being blotted restricted blood circulation in my body.

Today we tend to eat many foods that are processed, processed foods are harder to digest. Some times we have to help our bodies digest the foods we eat. There are many ways to do this. Fiber,Colene cleanse, Laxatives just to name a few I tried many methods some worked better than others but I guess that depends on the individual. Every situation is different. Some are more severe than others I chose the method that worked best for me I suggest that you find the method that works best for you I did and now I feel so much better I have more energy, I walk faster, I have no back pain and I even lost a few pounds.
